The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and automating various procedures, policies and systems across multiple channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of operational strategies, oversee day-to-day activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure that we consistently meet and exceed our performance target.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving ability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment..

Manage and oversee procurement and inventory requirements

Manage variances in stock take

Drive and implement cost initiatives

Ensure customer SAL's are maintained and continuously improved

Ensure all tools and systems used are kept updated to guarantee good business operations

Prepare and present various internal and external reports to stakeholders

Provide a support function to any sales queries

Manage and oversee any returns

Hold a strong overview of the sales channels and provide relevant support and training

Provide feedback and recommendations on pricing and pricing strategy

Desired Experience & Qualification
NON-NEGOTIABLES

The ideal candidate needs to have the following non-negotiables:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role
• Previous sales experience in the telecoms industry
• Strong excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, HLOOKUP's, formulas)
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Strong analytical and mathematical ability

Package & Remuneration
R 40,000 to R45,000 gross
