Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Specialist to manage the accounting processes. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the local finance organisation and established procedures and controls for all relevant finance processes
• Ensure adherence to internal control procedures over all business processes
• Monthly Financial and Management Reports
• Audit and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with direct, indirect (VAT), and payroll tax requirements, and manage statutory tax reporting
• Oversee transfer pricing, customs reporting and other import/export tax issues

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting/Finance
• 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, tax, and internal controls.
• General tax knowledge is essential.
