Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-respected Accountancy Practice, based in Maidstone, who are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate, working closely with the Tax Partners, will manage a corporate tax portfolio ranging from quoted groups, family businesses to smaller entrepreneurial businesses.

Key

Responsibilities:
-

• Managing and developing the tax relationship of the clients in your portfolio.
• Overseeing and managing the corporate tax compliance cycle of your clients.
• Identify opportunities to take additional services to clients and contacts.
• Considering and managing risk in all interactions with clients.
• Take responsibility for all tax work on your client portfolio.
• Develop, mentor and coach junior members of the team.

Key Requirements:-

• ACA/CTA or equivalent.
• Good working knowledge of corporate tax and accounting on a range of compliance and advisory projects.
• Proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A good record of developing new work.
