About Frazier & Deeter
Frazier & Deeter UK are a professional services firm set up in 2019 in the UK. We are not your typical firm of accountants, and we like doing things differently. We have a strong United States (US) theme and are part owned by a major independent US firm of public accountants.
We typically support fasting growing SME Tech, Bio Tech and Life Science companies, who are venture capital backed, with a variety of tax and audit services, with a particular focus on those looking to expand internationally, particularly moving to or from the US. In our UK firm, our services are carefully positioned to consider the needs of the passionate individuals who run the businesses we serve, as well as the businesses themselves. Our team members have the opportunity to be involved at the start of a fast growing and exciting business here in the UK, supported by an established and highly regarded accountancy firm in the US.
With our emphasis on Investing in Relationships to Make a Difference and a Firmwide Focus on Inclusion, we help each other grow in every aspect of life.
