IWA is an exciting, luxury interior design and construction company which is rapidly growing in size. We focus on a range of prime and super-prime residential projects in the UK and abroad. We are a fun and dynamic medium office, with a friendly atmosphere and whilst each individual is responsible for their own work, we very much operate as a team. We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the accountant with the daily accounting administration
- Receive & process invoices, payments, expense forms and requests for payments
- Receive and input labour allocation timesheets for payments
- Assist & liaise with designers with the purchase order process: Proforma invoice, foreign exchange conversions, transporting costs etc.
- Responsible for reconciling financial accounts (Bank & Credit Cards), Project costing and manage petty cash transactions
- Responsible for creating and managing financial reports.
Key Skills required
- Have an understanding for accountancy and good working knowledge in book-keeping
- Strong Excel knowledge is essential
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have good communication and presentation skills, to liaise directly with designers, consultants and contractors on a daily basis, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have strong technical and IT skills with an an understanding of how of leverage technology such as AI for accounting.
