Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Relation Realtech PVT. LTD. located in Pune. The Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, and cash flow management. They will also oversee financial planning and forecasting, as well as aid in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience 7-8 years
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus.
