Manager, Finance

Sets and controls the day-to-day functions for an accurate and useful financial reporting system that allows the customers to run a successful business. He/she manages the resources and talents within group to make sure the company is supported.

In this role you will:
  • Manage the group for monthly financial reconciliations and reporting
  • Review and audit client invoices
  • Oversee the analysis based on daily, monthly or year data to provide to Operations and the executive team
  • Oversee the creation of reporting for Site/Client performance: Payroll, Bill to Pay, Gross Margin
  • Manage and maintain the operational efficiency, upkeep, safety and security of all physical assets related to finance
  • Oversee workload of department for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the work force and meeting operational requirements
  • Attend meetings to convey and/or receive information required to perform functions
  • Communicate actively with other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and resolve issues at hand
  • Assist in developing and monitoring automated systems for analyzing, maintaining, and providing financial information
We are looking for someone who has:
  • A Bachelor’s /College Degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics or similar
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
  • Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership skills
