Key Responsibilities / Outcomes:
Financial Planning:
• Lead the annual operating budget of the organisation and ensure that department wise budget is set at the beginning of year.
• Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas of variance and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Financial Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Provide insights into business performance by analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other relevant metrics.
Forecasting and Reporting:
• Develop accurate and timely financial forecasts, including rolling forecasts, to help the organization adapt to changing market conditions and business dynamics.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.
Process improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
Education and Experience:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Finance
Technical Skills:
• Data analysis
• Computer skills: SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint and outlook
• Practical knowledge of accounting standards and corporate taxation
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving
• Critical thinking
• Multi-tasking
