Azurity is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst who will report to the Director of Finance and be a trusted member of the finance team. The Financial Analysis and Reporting Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and other business planning activities to drive transparency and accountability within the organization. Role and Responsibilities
  • Participate in monthly close process by reviewing actuals and proposing reclasses and accruals
  • Partner with the finance organization to support monthly reporting needs, including construction of internal and external reporting documents
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure proper recording of multi-period activities
  • Compile monthly budget vs. actual variance reporting to highlight key risks and opportunities
  • Support the creation of monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities
  • Provide objective analytical support to help influence and reinforce business decisions
  • Provide support to the FP&A and Reporting organizations globally
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • A robust analytical skill set and endless curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to non-finance colleagues
  • Must be deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Experience with implementing technology driven processes preferred
