• Sales Reporting â Analysis of Sales performance of the company at product / verticals level and highlighting the areas of concern , if any. Comparison of monthly / quarterly ./ YTD sales performance of the Divisions
• Quarterly Results â Preparation of Board ppt, Earnings ppt and preparing required notes for Earnings Call
• Budgeting Activities: Actively participate in Budget related activities.
• Peer Analysis: Analysis of performance of Peer companies with respect to different financial parameters including Sales, EBITDA, Material costs, volumes, Pricing, A&SP, Other Expenses, Working Capital and ESOP
• P&L Forecast: Forecasting P&L of Pidilite on monthly basis and suggesting actions for improvement in profitability.
• Automation and Digitization: Lead the automation and digitization projects.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in other financial reporting requirements.
