Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning And Analysis Manager to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services. As the Financial Planning And Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial planning and analysis processes of the company..

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to key stakeholders.

Qualifications And Skills


  • Qualified CA-Chartered Accountant
  • Qualified CA is Must, NON CA will not be considered
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in financial accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders

Roles And Responsibilities

Assisting and Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process

  • Analysing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year
  • Supporting decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and

meaningful insights and visibility on business performance

  • Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making
  • Having excellent knowledge of SAP and should be able to do data mining for the

purpose of analyses

  • Proficient in MS office mainly in excel and powerpoint and should be able to work in
  • ERP system
