Reference: JHB007407-BB-2A large ever evolving wholesaler concern based in Johannesburg South is looking for a Debtors Manager to join their young, dynamic team. The successful incumbent would ideally have strong reconciliation skills with a strong Debtors understanding.
Requirements:

5 years experience as a Debtors Supervisor / Debtors Manager
Minimum Matric
SAP Business One experience is highly beneficial
Experience with both local and cross-border collections
Experience within the Wholesale and Distributions concern is highly advantageous
Experience and understanding in rebate calculations
Stress tolerant
Figure orientated

Basic duties include, but are not limited to:

Working on a book value of R70M with 3600 accounts
Ensure effective Credit Control
Timely debt collection
Accurate debtors reporting
Monthly and weekly forecasting
Projections on Debtors Collections for cashflow purposes
Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the Debtors Function
Demonstrate care for the Debtors Team through a genuine interest in their personal, work and career development
Involved in training and performance reviews for staff
