Interim Finance Business Partner

Interim Finance Business Partner job for a Cardiff-based Construction/Infrastructure provider.
We are now recruiting a Finance Business Manager to lead the FM Estates business unit, reporting to the Head of Finance.The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision, interpretation and streamlining of financial and management information to support and inform the management teams in the day to day management of their business.
You will:

• Oversee the finances of the FM business unit with an annual turnover of £60M.
• Be results orientated, with a strong partnering mentality, able to influence across a multifunctional business and revenue streams.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the accounting function, providing accounting support to the business units and performing necessary statutory duties as required.
• Lead a strong finance team, with the autonomy to shape and develop the finance offering.

The successful candidate will have a Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. You will boast strong analytical skills and have an opportunity to develop your strategic planning skills over a portfolio of contracts.
