Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis and reporting. This is a senior-level position that requires 7 to 10 years of experience in accounts and finance. The role is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in accounts and finance, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with financial audits and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Manage cash flow, expenses, and financial audits
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management team
  • Identify areas of improvement in financial processes and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and goals
