Job Description:
Hiring for Expense Executive for Raisen Location.
Responsibilities:
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track all expenses related to service operations, including supplies, equipment, maintenance, and other operational costs Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the service department's budget, ensuring expenses are within allocated budgets and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
Expense Reporting: Prepare regular expense reports for service operations, analyzing spending patterns and providing insights to management for effective decision-making.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company expense policies and regulatory requirements specific to the service industry, minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.
Expense Reimbursement: Facilitate the reimbursement process for service-related expenses incurred by employees, verifying claims and processing payments in a timely manner. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline expense processes within the service department, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices to minimize costs.
Communication and Training: Communicate expense policies and procedures to service staff, providing training and support to ensure understanding and compliance across the department.
Project Assistance: Assist in special projects or initiatives related to service expense management, financial analysis, or cost reduction efforts within the service industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Experience in expense management, budget oversight, or financial analysis, preferably in the service industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to service operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
