Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
CPA or CFA certification will be highly beneficial
Proven track record of success in financial management, with specific experience in the Agriculture industry preferred
5 years' experience in a Financial Manager role in a Agriculture company
Creating accurate and comprehensive budgets to guide financial decision-making
Lead financial planning and strategy development tailored to the unique needs of the agriculture sector
Computer literate with advanced proficiency in Excel and Sage Pastel
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Own reliable transport and a valid drivers license
