Job Description
Finance Manager / Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper required for a leading supplier of engineering products based in Ormskirk. You will be responsible for inputting financial data into Sage Software with precision and ensuring all records are accurate and free from errors.
Finance Manager / Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper will be able to manage financial tasks simultaneously and prioritise tasks accordingly to ensure deadlines are met, as well as managing credit control, expense claims, VAT returns and cash flow forecasting.
Finance Manager / Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper will have prior experience in a finance position and will be commutable to the office based in Ormskirk. This position will suit either an experienced Finance Manager or a Junior finance person who is seeking to advance their career.
Package:
£30,000 - £38,000 Depending on Experience

Role:
- Inputting complex financial data into Sage Software accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all records are correct and up to date and record any inconsistencies in the data
- Manage financial tasks simultaneously and prioritise them to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and staff
- Manage credit control, expense claims and VAT returns
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Process payments, invoices, income and receipts
Requirements:
- Prior Experience as a Bookkeeper / Finance Manager / Finance Assistant / Finance Ledger
- Commutable to the office based in Ormskirk
- Familiar with Office 365, Excel and Sage
