You will play a pivotal role in being responsible for the effective financial management and reporting across the group, reporting to the CFO.

The Role

• To support the CFO in being responsible for overseeing the group and developing reporting strategies
• Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of accounting information, reported from accounting systems across the group
• Business partnering for the senior management team
• Prepare annual budgets to demonstrate efficient growth
• Improve systems surrounding all aspects of the groups accounting budget, forecasting and business planning.
• Continuous review of financial control and management information systems and procedures, implementing improvements across the organisation in consultation with the CFO
• Plan and Support projects which explore potential problems or opportunities

The Person

• A minimum of 5+ years' experience within a senior financial management and reporting role
• Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent
• Significant experience in audit or preparing statutory accounts
• Experience with financial modelling
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to communicate effective with financial and non-financial personnel
