The team
We have a fantastic, new opportunity for an experienced Nodrics Finance Manager, based in our Cambridge office.
Role and responsibilities Responsible in making sure the company has the highest degree of financial integrity and control is maintained in the Norway, Sweeden, Finland and Denmark.
Business Partner the regional GM on commercial initiatives like tenders, Volume/cost/price analysis for new customers or any other strategic requirement.
Specifically taking control of the Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Cash Flow including the recording of actuals, accurate budgeting/forecasting and optimizing use of business resources.
Guides and coordinates the external audit processes ensuring appropriate parties (eg auditors, Finance Share Service FSSC) are aligned on timescales & requirements.
Ensures and undertakes review of, as prepared by the FSSC, monthly accounts (in both management accounting and transfer pricing summary format) ensuring full alignment with the FND submission and all inter-company balances are fully supported and communicated
Coordination of forecasts and budgets (including OB, MYE, YEE) for all balance sheet, cash flow and certain P&L areas including insurance, restructure, bank charges, interest, property, tax.
Guides and coordinates the external audit processes ensuring appropriate parties (eg auditors, FSSC) are aligned on timescales & requirements
Partner effectively with all stakeholders including non-Finance, GFLT, FSSC and colleagues internationally.
What you'll bring Significant post qualification experience in Financial Controlling roles
Experience working within a reputable audit Company
Previous people leadership experience with a track record of ability to maximise individual and team performance
Business Partnering influencing and negotiation skills.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a comparable education
Cash and Working Capital Management
Highly effectively communicator both in writing and face to face
Strong project management skills
