Dungannon Duration: Permanent Rate of Pay: £26,000-£30,000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 41.5 hours per week (flexible start and finish times) My client leverages technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of customer needs to design and manufacture a wide range of specialized products. These include hi-lifts, aircraft maintenance platform lifts, passenger stairs, and de-icers, all customized to meet the specific requirements of their international partners. Duties will include (but not be limited to): Issue invoices promptly. Collect outstanding payments. Address and resolve account queries efficiently. Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management. Implement effective credit control systems. Ensure VAT treatment accuracy. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Coordinate with credit insurance providers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing. Complete month-end closures. Manage multi-currency bank accounts across group companies. Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as required. Complete the new client setup process. Comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. Follow company health and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Criteria At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in IT. Self-motivated with a strong sense of determination and a positive, can-do attitude.
