Job Role: Payroll Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Co-Ordinator to join our Payroll Team based out of our Head Office in Trafford Park. As a Payroll Co-Ordinator your role will be responsible for processing the inhouse weekly payroll for our agency workers.

• Effectively working towards payroll deadlines

Leaver’s administrationManaging timesheet return Making sure all candidates that are to be paid are set up on payroll system correctlyMaking sure all hours/holidays/statutory payments/deductions/fast payments are added on payroll system on time for payroll Making sure all invoices are sent to the clients on time




A few things about you:

• Previous Payroll Experience/CIPP Qualified is desirable or a willingness to learn and undertake the CIPP Qualification
• Knowledge of working with Zeel (Payroll System) is also desirable
• Maths and English GCSE Level 3 or above

• Face to face collaboration with our colleagues and clients is important to us, so the role is office based.
