Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a well-established business, based in North-West Leeds.

Reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be part of a successful team and assist with the following -
  • Working with large volumes of suppler invoices
  • Management of the Finance inbox
  • Dealing with telephone queries
  • Supporting with suppliers and internal queries
  • Generating supplier payment runs
  • Payment and supplier reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc duties to support the finance function as a whole

The successful candidate will have;
  • Experience working within Accounts Payable
  • The ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Experience in dealing with numerous suppliers and differing payment terms
  • Strong organisational skill and the ability to self-prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with supplier reconciliation
  • Experience using Sage (desirable)

Salary is ranging £25,000 - £27,000 depending on your level of experience

Working hours at 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
4 days based in the office and 1 day at home
