We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager, someone who thrives on challenge and working in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
Reporting to Head of Commercial Finance, the Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximise revenue and profit for the company. They analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competitor actions, and internal costs to determine the optimal prices for various products and services. They also monitor the performance of pricing decisions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and willingness to pay
  • Monitoring competitors' pricing and positioning and identifying opportunities and threats
  • Developing pricing models and scenarios based on cost, value, and demand factors
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and Supply Chain, to align pricing objectives and strategies with business goals and customer expectations
  • Communicating and explaining pricing decisions and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of pricing actions and making adjustments as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards and regulations regarding pricing
  • What You'll need:
    • Qualified / Finalist CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant
    • The intellect and commercial/financial acumen to contribute and provide support to the wider team
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with ability to work with large data sets and produce financial models
    • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or business analysis
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of pricing software and platforms is a plus
    • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver.
