Responsibilities . Client expectation is demanding and candidate is expected to have experience in Global client management and flexible for any shift timing as per requirement
. Role is expected to cover India location and based out in Bangalore.
. Willing to work from office 5 days in a week
. Team diversity across shift - APAC, EMEIA and US Should be flexible to manage operations across shift and balance all the teams
. 200+ FTE management experience expectation
. Strong PTP experience -
o End to end expertise to Procure to Pay process
o Expertise of AP processes Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor data management, 3rd party and Intercompany vendors, Vendor queries, Email management, Sub ledger month end close, Reconciliations, Reporting, Analysis, Audit management etc.
. End to end F&A process awareness - GL/AR/T&E
. Aware on industry practices for AP processes
. Able to support AP transformation and big AP improvements projects
. Strong communication skills
. Exposure of working with Global client stakeholders and able to influence
. Profile is required from BPM background in similar role
