What will you get to do

• Oversee the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, billing, and collections processes and maintain up to date billing system.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare all the required data on time
• Ensure TDS as per 26AS is accounted for and TDS certificates are collected from customers
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Assist in statutory audit and prepare audit schedules
  
  

Metrics for the role

• Accurate and timely submission of internal reports related to AR functions
• Improve collection efficiency
• Minimize the sales tickets by fixing the systems
  
  

Skills We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or related financial roles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
