The Head of Treasury Trading Operations will lead the customer-facing sales and trading activities for FX & Interest Rate Products, driving revenue growth and delivering tailored hedging solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and trading strategies for FX and interest rate products
Lead and mentor a high-performance team of sales and trading professionals
Foster key client relationships and deliver customized hedging solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize trading strategies
Drive business development and market share growth
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions
Oversee trade execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Provide performance updates to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
7+ years in sales and trading roles, focusing on FX and interest rate products
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent client relationship management abilities
Deep understanding of FX and interest rate markets, trading strategies, and hedging techniques
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data
Proficiency in interest rate derivative pricing modules on Bloomberg
Required: Microsoft Suite, Salesforce
Preferred: Silverlake, Argos, Cognos, Hyperion, PowerBI, ServiceNow
