- Matric
- Any tertiary qualification would be beneficial
- MUST be able to speak Afrikaans
- Possess a foundational knowledge of electrical systems and components, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
- Assist in the interpretation of electrical plans, schematics, and manuals.
- Support the troubleshooting process by understanding basic electrical issues and facilitating appropriate solutions.
- Maintain excellent administrative discipline, ensuring that all documentation, reports, and records are accurately prepared, organized, and filed.
- Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and project tracking.
- Ensure that all administrative processes are adhered to, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
- Understand basic accounting principles, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities by guiding and motivating team members to achieve their goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle conflict resolution and decision-making with confidence and integrity
