- Relevant qualifications
- Evolve Automate and Payspace Payroll essential
- Process of all payroll/HR documentation
- Complete personal files with all legal documents completed
- Clocking reports
- MIBCO , UIF submissions
- Staff debtor accounts recon monthly
- Check creditor invoices details and orders
- Ensure all quotations are issued with an invoice
- Check and generate an EFT payment
- Payments of creditors to be allocated
- Ensure creditor's orders are closed
- Work and keep creditor's age analysis up to date
- Load payments on the bank for payment processes
