Vargo is recruiting a Finance Manager for a well-established financial services business based in Cardiff and London. you'll handle daily accounting tasks and offer advisory services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a variety of clients, especially tech startups, from their early stages to being backed by investors.
• Handling monthly financial tasks such as management accounts, tax submissions, and preparing annual accounts
• Offering advice on financial matters and helping clients plan their budgets
• Supervising junior team members
• Ensuring a smooth process for bringing new clients on board
• Working towards set objectives and personal development goals

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in practice
• Experience in accounting for small to medium-sized businesses
• ACCA/ACA qualified
• Experience with Xero or QuickBooks
