Pratap Partnership is pleased to be working with a business in York to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner for a newly created position. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in further improving the performance of an already very successful group.

The Commercial Finance Business Partner will work with C-suite stakeholders to support and understand business performance that will drive strategic decision-making and improve profitability. This is a varied role that will involve:

Providing insight through analysis and modelling that enhances commercial outputs

Partnering with the commercial team on new business and M&A opportunities.

Developing and owning revenue and cost of sales methodologies

Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, and preparing strategic plans

Enhancing and developing KPI reporting

To be successful in this role you will be an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll have experience in budgeting, forecasting and KPI production gained in a dynamic business. You will also be a team player and confident communicator, with the ability to nurture excellent working relationships.
