A dynamic, customer focused Housing Association that is at the heart of its community is looking to take on a Financial Accountant to join their collaborative team in their Ipswich branch.

This Financial Accountant will manage an Accountant, Development Accountant, 2 Assistant Accountants and report directly to the Head of Finance with great exposure.



Responsibilities:

• Year End and Audit
• Understanding of Quarterly Returns and NROSH
• Cash Book
• Fixed Assets

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Experience of working at a similar level role in the past
• Housing Association experience desirable but not essential

Details:

• 6 months to begin (opportunity of Temp to Perm)
• 2 days a week required in their Ipswich branch
• £250-£350 a day Outside IR35
• Great team environment, lovely office and parking on sight
