IPS Finance is supporting a successful, highly profitable market leading £20m turnover manufacturing organisation which has recently taken on private equity investment.

Along with a highly competitive base salary and car allowance there is an equity option for the appointed Financial Director.

We are looking for an experienced qualified financial controller or financial director who has worked within the manufacturing sector and can be the right hand person to the MD. Previous experience operating in a PE environment would be advantageous.

The appointed Group Financial Director is supported by a Financial Controller and will;

• Run the financial operations.
• Attend Board meetings presenting the monthly accounts and providing insightful commentary.
• Work closely with the manufacturing functions and Operations Manager to improve efficiencies.
• Lead of systems upgrades.
• Assess and lead on aquisition targets.

What we are looking for;

• ACCA, FCCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience in the Manufacturing Sector
• Hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
