Their goal is to provide an exceptional experience for all patients, doctors and staff operating across NSW, VIC and QLD. With over 100 clinics and constantly growing at a rapid rate, they need to expand their Finance team at the head office rapidly and looking to recruit two full-time roles - Accountant & Financial Accountant.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, with over 100 clinics to manage and continuing to grow as well, the Accountants will need to be across all aspects of the accounting month end process pertaining to the health sector.

The ideal candidate:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, with over 100 clinics to manage and continuing to grow as well, the Accountants will need to be across all aspects of the accounting month end process pertaining to the health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Power BI KPI dashboards for stakeholders
- Key relationship point of contact for Power BI Reports for stakeholders across 100 entities
- Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting of sales.
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of books and records at month-end and timely delivery of all reporting requirements for month-end and other key reporting periods.
- Perform/review of reconciliations to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and adequate internal controls to ensure the integrity of balances are in place.
- Improve balance sheet reconciliation processes.
- Oversee the accounts payable/receivable whilst managing the day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and review monthly payroll journals. Preparation of quarterly covenants reports
- Act as a key relationship point of contact with external auditor
The ideal candidate:
- CA/CPA Qualified / Ideally trained in Big 4 in Audit (or similar environment) but not mandatory >
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics nance and operations, Best Practice, Advanced Excel, Power BI tools, and dashboards experience necessary.
- Experience in improving accounting processes.
- Experience in implementing and rolling out accounting software within the health sector environment is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a plus.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
