• To manage the control testing of Talent and Culture as required by ANZ Risk framework.
• To support the business, understand, implement, and adhere to the ANZ risk and compliance framework effectively by providing expert advice, insights and coaching that helps embed sustainable and well managed risk practices.
• To Build strong, open, and transparent relationships / engagement with all key stakeholders including Tribe Leads, Product owners and Team leaders, Tribe BG&C Risk partners and other BG&C Risk managers within GCC.
• To engage with 2nd line of defence, Group Fraud and Group Risk.
• Act as key point of contact for compliance and operational risk issues raised by T&C Leadership Team and team leaders.
• Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within T&C
• Support and facilitate implementation / management of Non-Financial Risk Framework (NFR)
• Consult with Control Owner and operators of the control (as required) to execute timely key control testing.
• Perform End to end event management which includes walk through, Root Cause and remediation.
• Perform Risk and Control Assessments to identify risk and areas for improvement.
• Provide support to T&C for Business Continuity Planning
