Managing all related Compliances covering computation taxes, SS, filing, reporting etc
Managing all stake holders covering Employees, Payroll Service Providers, Authorities, Auditors, internal leadership etc

Global and country specific Taxation, Employee Benefits, country specific labor aspets
Accounting, System skills including Oracle, Excel, Power BI etc
Soft skills and PR skills to manage substantial number of stake holders
