The Finance and Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial management. Proficiency in financial software, including Tally, is essential for accurate recording and analysis of financial transactions.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software and financial management tools.

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturdays half day)



Location:
Jayanagar 2nd Block

CTC - Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40,000/-
