Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Making timely payments of utility bills.
- Prepare ledgers and reconciliation with Debtors & Creditors
- Prepare sales report & expense report
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closingS
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Ideal Profile
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as accounts executive or account manager
- In-depth understanding of accounting procedures, compliances and policies
- Familiarity with financial calculations & statutory compliances.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- B.Com/M.Com in Accounts or relative field
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Accounting Manager role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have working knowledge of Audit, Balance Sheet, Book Keeping, GST, MS Excel, Tally, Tax Returns and TDS
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
