Job Description
A key member of the WNS Operations teams responsible for training & developing a team of 8 - 10 team members to facilitate achievement of SLATake end to end responsibility of the processes' also a key interface between AMs and team members to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiencyKey Accountabilities: Successfully handle a team of 8-10 FTEsProcess training of new recruitsEnsure service delivery parameters are metFeedback on errors in a timely mannerOn time quality checks and error analysisQuery handling - Respond to process related queries by the team and identify training needs Ensure accurate and timely reports are sent to the DM on timeDrive various process improvement ideas to improve efficiency/productivityBuild domain knowledge by getting process trained and accredited50% productive within 6 months from the date of joining the processDrive ISMS/ISO policy awareness within the team and maintain necessary documentsHandle all the team related activities in the absence of DMShould be able to handle process migration through remote/onsite training
Qualifications
Excellent communication skillAny Graduate form a recognized universityKnowledge of Group pension / Life insurance/Annuity products is mandateGood logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
