Join my client's dynamic team as a Credit Controller and play a key role in managing high-volume transactions and resolving complex claims!Duties & ResponsibilitiesMy client is a dynamic and growing company within the FMCG industry with a strong focus on delivering quality products and services to their customers.

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their finance team.

This role is based in Midrand, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pricing, return, and short received claims efficiently and accurately.
• Manage large volumes of transactions with attention to detail.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances.
• Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients to assess creditworthiness.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and collections.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure a smooth credit control process.

Qualifications and Experience needed:

• 3 years proven experience as a Credit Controller.
• Worked in an FMCG industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of credit control procedures and policies.
• Ability to manage large volumes of transactions effectively.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
