Trainee Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for one of our lovely clients based in Uxbridge. They are continuously growing and now need someone who loves working with numbers and spreadsheets to join their team. This role is great for someone who is looking to start their career as a quantity surveyor.

The ideal candidate will need to have 2-3 years work experience in an office based role where you have had to deal with managing costing, pricing, invoicing or other mathematical tasks.

This role has the potential to develop further and lead into a very successful career!

Do you enjoy working with a high volume of numerical data? Are you confident in working on spreadsheets? Have you previously supported with tendering for contract and business agreements?

Duties for Trainee Quantity Surveyor include:

• Preparing and submitting tenders
• Liaising with supply chain teams and external suppliers
• Setting up sub-contractor charges
• Calculating project costs for materials, contractors and payments
• Formulating project documentation
