Job Description

• We are looking for an Associate to join the Private Credit Solutions team in Switzerland or in London
• As an Associate, you will be involved in the sourcing, underwriting, execution and monitoring of private credit investments (directs/co-investments, secondaries and primary fund investments)
• As part of the role, you will interact with the private credit investment team across offices and will contribute to building the Private Credit Solutions business
• The role offers the opportunity to learn and deploy investment expertise across a wide variety of private credit strategies such as direct lending, subordinated debt, specialty finance, ABS, distressed debt, special situations investing and structured credit. The team invests globally.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, finance, accounting or similar subject;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, leveraged finance or investment banking;
• Strong financial skills and experience in credit underwriting and/or fund selection;
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, including ability to work with sizeable data sets efficiently;
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English - other languages are a plus.
