Job Summary: Senior Payroll Manager (Maidenhead, Hybrid)
Salary:
Up to £75,000 (DOE) + pension and benefits
This permanent, full-time position involves leading and managing a newly established in-house payroll team after the company transitions from outsourced payroll after many years. The Senior Payroll Manager will play a key role in the implementation and ongoing operations of the payroll system.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage weekly and monthly payrolls
Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and pension legislation, including auto-enrolment
Oversee benefit processing and year-end P11D reporting
Handle data interfaces, automation, and data uploads
Promote safety, integrity, and customer-focused values
Requirements:
Payroll Manager experience within a similar environment
CIPP Level 5 qualification
Expertise in payroll legislation, advisory knowledge, and pensions
Knowledge of sustainability, health, and safety practices
