We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll and HR Analytics Officer for a charitable organisation based in Bradford. The role will involve processing monthly and weekly payroll, producing HR and Payroll reporting and analysing data. We are looking for someone with previous payroll experience, good analytical skills, and strong experience of using Excel.

Role and responsibilities include:
- Managing monthly and weekly payrolls
- Managing pension administration, benefits, and overpayments
- Processing timesheets and ensuring they are compliant
- Updating HR and Payroll records and documents
- Producing HR and Payroll reporting - analysing trends, monitoring compliance, and reviewing general HR performance
- Completing mandatory reporting on Gender, Ethnicity Pay Gaps etc.
- Providing general support to the wider HR team
Requirements
- Previous payroll experience
- Knowledge of taxation and auto-enrolment pension
- Strong Excel skills - Pivot tables, V Lookups, formulas, dashboards etc.
- Ability to present complex data insights into clear reporting and presentations
- An understanding of HR practices and processes is an advantage
