Job Overview:
I’m exclusively working with a rapidly growing consultancy, founded 10+ years ago, they have grown extensively and have secured multiple large-scale contracts. This rapid growth has led the company to invest heavily in its employees, giving them plenty of opportunities to move up within the organisation. This is the perfect role for someone looking to get stuck into some large-scale projects and who is looking to work with a highly experienced and skilled team.
In short, this client is looking for an individual to come in and help manage its Finance ops team, through working closely with current employees and ensuring that all functions are running smoothly.
Duties:
- Manage and mentor the transactional team to ensure high performance
- Support the wider finance team, including FC and FD
- Oversee month end including reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Detailed cashflow analysis on a daily basis
- Profit and loss, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Heavily involved in Banking, Treasury, AR, Sales Ledger, AP, Credit
Requirements:
- Experienced managing teams
- Proven track record in an operational and finance role
- Strong systems skills
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9-12 months
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
