What is the job about?
Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company to deliver sales target. Focus on developing Key Accounts and areas within the given market. Implementation of business plans with key stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:
- Achieve business goals and increase sales in the given region through customer centricity;
- Participate in the analysis and research of focused customers or markets, growing customer relationships;
- Apply an understanding of target markets, products, and applications and bring added value and resources to the sales process resulting in gains in market share;
- Develop key relationships with key policy makers at existing and target accounts in coordination and collaboration with local sales management;
- Support all aspects of the sales process and contribute to ensuring that Grundfos delivers a maximum value proposition to the account;
- Proactively seek to maximize the presence of Grundfos in focused accounts by ensuring that all possible Grundfos products are applied;
- Register / Monitor all activities with customers in the global CRM tool;
- Represent Grundfos at various trade forums to promote Grundfos on the market;
- Experience working on a team developing, leading strategies within a business environment
Your background
- Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
- 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience besides formal education
