Our client is currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team permanently in Sandton.

Duties:

• Oversee the debtors team
• Manage the credit and collection functions
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures
• Leadership and training innovation
• Work closely with the sales and finance departments to align credit policies with business goals
• Assist in the negotiation of payment terms with customers
• Ensure all credit activities comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Stay up to date with changes in credit management best practices and legal requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10 years experience in a managerial role in debtors
• BCom Accounting or Diploma in Financial Accounting
• Ability to handle stress/high pressure environments
• Management experience is essential
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
