Purpose of the role:

Join our team as a Senior Client Manager/Client Manager and take your career to the next level! This is an incredible opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and collaborate closely with a Partner/Director to provide exceptional, client-focused service.

Most of the clients in this portfolio are owner-managed businesses, heavily relying on the Client Manager for daily advice, financial transactions, and business development. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Client Manager to make a significant impact on the business and grow their expertise.

What you will be doing:
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio across various industries, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly management account and provide business advisory support.
  • Annual statutory account preparation and tax assignments.
  • Handle complex accounts and tax issues, leveraging specialist skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and organise team efforts, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Managers, Partners/Directors, and other employees to exceed departmental objectives and client expectations.
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to junior team members.
  • Drive portfolio growth by generating new work from existing clients and developing relationships within the business community in which you work.


What you will need to be successful:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Possess extensive experience in a client-facing role, adept at managing and growing a diverse portfolio.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of independently managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Display leadership qualities with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring client needs are met with innovative solutions.
  • Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion and client growth.
