This is an office based role in Swindon

About the role

We are excited to be recruiting for an Account Manager to work for a forward-thinking technology business.

Sitting within the Sales team, the Account Manager will be maintaining and strengthening the relationships with existing accounts through consultative account management, identifying clients needs and recommending additional services and products to enhance their conveyancing processes, workflow and grow profitably within the accounts.

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with existing clients, while leveraging your sales experience to drive growth and revenue.



Responsibilities:

  • Retention and building strong relationships with existing clients, from key decision makers to administrative support staff within firms.
  • Communicating efficiently with clients by phone, emails and online review meetings and arranging platform/service demonstrations.
  • Identifying additional upsell opportunities from services to products, through analysing data.
  • Identify decline in client spend, trends and opportunities, and taking appropriate action.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company product and service offerings.
  • Providing weekly progress reports to management.
  • Achieving targets set by the company on a quarterly basis.
  • Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with service and products.
  • Attending team meeting (online and in person) and attending quarterly sales meetings.


Requirements:

  • B2B (or B2C) background in either telesales or account management.
  • Great organisational skills and time management to maximise daily performance.
  • Ability to learn quickly and promote multiple platforms, products, and services.
  • Experienced in account management to retain client base and grow accounts by identifying opportunities.
  • A positive, proactive self-starter, used to working within an office environment.
  • Competent in dealing with a high volume of work, always working efficiently and accurately.
  • Can produce evidence of consistently achieving targets.
  • Good communication skills and have a strong customer service ethos.
  • Experiencing using MS Office applications (emails, Microsoft Office etc.)
