• Co-ordinate monthly inter-company reconciliation processes across the pladis global Group, working with Finance teams across the world to ensure monthly recs are completed.

• Manage the Letter of Credit facility agreed for the UK business, supporting the draw down of funds for appropriate pladis subsidiaries, their suppliers and Bank of America.
  
• Manage the process to support the supply chain arrangements between one of our subsidiaries and its suppliers, ensuring supplier invoices are processed and matching invoices are issued accurately an according to agreed timelines.

• Review and approve/reject ad-hoc payment requests within Finance Services Application.

• Work alongside the Finance Transactions Manager and the AR/AP Operations Managers to drive process improvement projects across Accounts Receivable

• Manage the Genpact team that processes TI deductions and processes, work with the sales coordinators where appropriate and escalate issues where appropriate.
