We are looking for an AAT/ACCA trainee to join our Business Solutions Group in our Cheltenham office.

What to expect

Crowe is look for a dynamic school leaver or graduate to join our Cheltenham team. Our Business Solutions Group is a close knit department wishing to expand due to growth and we’re currently looking for the right individual to join us.

Our team assists clients with their day to day accounting and tax issues, including accounts preparation, corporation tax returns, company secretarial, book keeping and VAT. The role is varied and will keep the right person busy and engaged, whilst providing a launch for your future career.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop themselves within the work place and personally, dealing with face to face contact with clients, and learning an entire spectrum of skills that will be of benefit to you in any accounting environment. You will be a key member of the team from day one and will get involved with client work, developing your strengths to add to our growing team.

Your Study Route

During your apprenticeship you will work towards the AAT/ACA qualification. All tuition costs, and study leave are provided by Crowe.

By joining us, we will provide the foundations for your development, and the qualifications and tools, you need to succeed in your career.

You will be supported throughout your studies by our People Development team at Crowe, and a talent coach from your study provider.

Whatever your ambitions, your professional development will continue well beyond your trainee years.

Our minimum requirements

BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)

GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language

The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role, and a full UK driving license is preferred. Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.
